I had a wonderful experience with Lucy at the skin clinic. She was incredibly professional, understanding, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. Made an appointment 3 weeks prior explaining I had an ent appointment the same morning and I rang because I'd be 5 mins late living 3 hours away and she cancelled my appointment. Actually that upset when it's not just a 5 min drive to get here in the first place. If you want understanding don't expect it from this company

I have had several treatments at this location which is always professional and hygenic. My previous appointments were with a different laser therapists.
The last few treatments I have had Dani as my laser therapist and I could not recomend her high enough. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable, personable and takes pride in her work. Dani takes the time to ensure that her clients feel at ease and regularly checks in as the treatment progresses. She is a caring professional.

All staff are friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. I always feel amazing and more youthful after my services! I have had both cosmetic injectors Ruth (who has left) and now RN Lucy who is just brilliant! All of my skin care concerns are addressed with a tailored beauty plan and I am always silky smooth with my LHR. Definitely my 1st choice for LASER, SKIN & INJECT. Nurse Practitioner Ruth is hands down the best cosmetic nurse practitioner I have ever found. Her knowledge and experience are rare, and you are in the best of hands. I cannot recommend her highly enough! 10 stars if I could rate her for professionalism, bedside manner, personality, knowledge, skill and safety as an injector and advanced practitioner. She's also lots of fun and very bubbly.

I have now gone in for lip filler treatments twice now! Ruth has been with me from the very start and I cannot recommened her enough! She makes you feel incredibly comfortable as soon as you walk and in and she is amazing at what she does! She answers any questions or worries you may have with a world of knowledge behind her! I walk out everytime LOVING her work! If anyone is thinkng about getting filler Ruth is the one to go to!
