The booking system for this laser clinic appears to need an upgrade as it’s quite common for appointments to be rescheduled / changed and sometimes without even being asked first.
I keep returning to this place because of Ana who is very attentive and caring. She explains the procedures well and you can tell she genuinely values her clients. Thank you Ana for your wonderful service.

I had an amazing experience at the laser clinic! Bella, my therapist, is exceptional. Her professionalism and expertise made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step and answered all my questions, which really put my mind at ease. The results have been fantastic, and I’m thrilled with the outcome. My friends have booked appointments with this clinic and have shared that the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The behaviour of the staff is uninviting and rude, making customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Upon this shared experience, its difficult to see how this service is worth coming back to. They advised to not book an appointment due to the lack of professionalism and sheer impoliteness, thus I will not be looking to make a booking here, nor I do I recommend it for any future customers. I strongly advise that you improve the customer service and attitude of your staff members and remember that this is part of the service customers pay for and invest in.

The team at LCA Burwood a phenomenal, l've gone to previous clinics where the staff have been rude and careless but it's so different here they are kind and they take your needs into consideration. They recommend accordingly and do what's best for you I don't have a particular therapist as each girl has been nothing but good. I’ve been a client for the last 4 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else! Can’t stress enough that anyone wanting to go here should!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to for this laser clinic. I’m an ongoing customer and Bella has been extraordinary the entire time. I travel 30+ minutes from my home to come to this clinic (even though there are many nearby to my house) because the service, quality & attention to detail is outstanding.

I will never stop recommending clients to Bella and this clinic.
