I recently went for my laser hair removal treatment and had the best experience so far. The staff member named MARYAM was so amazing and thorough. Usually I have dealt with people who are rushing to get things done but she took her time and did an amazing job. I would say best results so far.

I went in for a skin consult and received a quick facial with products that were recommended for my skin type. Also they told me what services would be best for me and what ones would irritate my skin. As I'd already booked one service that would be to harsh they let me turn it into store credit to go towards a different treatment. The staff were lovely. I can't wait to have my first treatment in a week

Inconsistent service. I’ve had laser treatments here multiple times, and the service has never been consistent. About 80% of the time, the staff seem rushed. During my recent session, I asked if they could add the face area as well. I had checked the website beforehand, which displayed a 50% discount banner at the top, so I didn’t think to confirm the price with them. However, after the treatment, I was informed that it was charged at full price. Had I known this earlier, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with it. I asked for price match and they did not agree to that either. Very disappointing.

I have been with belconen laser clinic for more than 4 years. I have never experienced some bullied traumatic experience in any shop like this before today.
I booked a prepaid package one month ago with price not increasing. I went back today and the front desk girl told me to re pay money for the price matching which they have increased this month. I refused to pay for it as I paid for the treatments ages ago. The staff told me I just wanted to walk without pay. And accused me in front of other customers.
This is the most terrible experience I have ever had in a shop. The girl won’t let me go and accused me not paying bills. I almost cried when I walked out of the door!

Very unhappy with service for injectable’s. The injectable lady Sally was recommended to me by a beautiful friend. I attended my first ever injectable appt. Sally was great. I loved the results. Came back for my review which was a 15 minute appt that they basically harassed me about to ensure I arrive on time and attend the appointment and threaten to take my deposit if I don’t come. I come on time and ready. Sally is running over 30 minutes late and the girls at the desk barely acknowledge me and don’t inform me Sally is running late until I approach them to ask what is going on. By the 20 minute mark I left. I later tried to rebook and had to wait almost 6 weeks for an appointment. I arrive today for my appointment with sally and the lady informs me that Sally isn’t even there and she is on leave. Yet they again harassed me to attend the appointment and continued to threaten to take my money. I have always held my end of the bargain but they have not. The girls are obviously exhausted and overworked and have poor bedside manner. If I’m allowing someone to inject my face I want to research them and see reviews. Like I did with sally. I would not just show up and unexpectedly let a random inject my face. Hopeless. Not happy. Would not recommend and won’t be back.
