I always have the best experience with Natalia. She's the one that makes me voluntarily put 5 stars and write this review. She's super caring and always puts extra effort in her work. Every session I have had with Natalia has made me feel like money-well-spent. She makes me feel so loved and so cared for. It has been great experience at the clinic so far.

Very bad customer service! My appointment was at 9:00am being before work I got to the clinic at 9:02am. After walking in and calling out for 30 minutes someone finally came out after they had finished with a client. The technician didn’t apologise after I told her I had been calling out for half an hour. She said she took in the 9:10 client as he was here and mentioned that apparently she took him in at 9:08. I said I was there at 9:02 but never mind that, someone could have come out and just acknowledged me. I asked if someone could take me in then, rudely she said well I’m doing my notes and we have to wait for the other technician. Once again NOT apologetic at all. I just walked out after that. Customer Service was horrible.

Thank you Dalel for being so wonderful. I’ve been to many laser clinics across sydney and by far she is the loveliest laser therapist I’ve had. Not only was she friendly, kept checking in on me and answered all my questions but she was very thorough. More thorough than anyone ever before. I really appreciated it & although I’ve never had my “go to” laser therapist as I just go to whoever is working, I’ve found my new one and will most definitely be booking in with her 🙂

I have always struggled with achieving effective laser treatment results until I was treated by Dalel at Laser Clinics Bankstown. After only two treatments, I no longer needed to shave between sessions. She is the kindest, most personable and professional technician I have ever met. I just want to express my sincere appreciation for therapist "Dalel" at Laser Here Clinic. This was my second laser session with her, and compared to my first two experiences, this session was by far the best. She was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous. My past experiences hadn’t been the best, so I was expecting the same this time, but Dalel changed that completely. She talked me through the entire procedure, checked in with me whenever I felt uncomfortable, and even paused to ensure I was okay. Her professionalism, patience, and caring nature made all the difference. Thank you, Dalel, for making this experience so much more comfortable—I truly appreciate people like you! I had Botox and lip filler last week and am soooo happy with my results, I saw the cosmetic nurse Jackie who was super patient & gentle (I have a massive needle phobia). The girls at reception were lovely too! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend!!!

I feel extremely disappointed and unsatisfied from the service done on my face. I went for a treatment on my pigmentation but worst outcome happened. During the procedure, I was not given anything to cover my eyes from the laser. It's a waste of money and time. If there's a Zero review, I will definitely put this one.

I already emailed my contact details after I read your response. Yet until now, no one bothered to contact me. I was wondering why I am not in your list after all the sessions I had in your clinic! If negative review, you always response "we are unable to find your files in our clinic" . Is this your auto reply?
