We've had a fantastic caring experience -especially in the past 4 months with Dr Singh looking us so well, seeing us frequently thru multiple medical and surgical issues & helpful reception staff calmly dealing with us (under a fair amount of pressure). So thankful to everyone in this practice! ?

One of the most horrible experience I have had almost 3 times with the receptionist. I have been pleading for a Dr s appointment with them. The reception would ask me why am I there, I mean why would someone come to a doctor? How can she ask this? I am there because I am sick and I need medical advice. I don’t believe people see doctors for other reasons. It is the 3rd time I’ve gone there and this receptionist has been so rude and dismissed me from the centre. Absolutely horrible. I wish they can have better staff.

Honestly this center is one of the worst center with doctor Dr. Geeta Krishna Tadimalla. She has no understanding of how to treat her patients, when asked about what medication she gave and how a medicine will help with diagnose the issue. She refers her experience and work based on data!! (seems in wrong profession looks like a data steward rather than a doc). She was mostly interested in tying in her long consultation fee rather than listing to what the issue was. She has the worst attitude to be a doctor. NEVER GO SEE HER.

Edited Dec22, Nov24) I am a new patient since early 2022. It is not a big place re space, but is very organised. So far I find as the first line of contact, Receptionist Ann, Mary & Joytimai appropriately attentive, HIGHLY efficient & responsive. Vastly different to Receptionists of the previous medical clinic I attended. Although I have had problems when ringing as it often just rings out & cuts out. Especially a-noon. My experience with Dr E Madas is that I am a new patient. He is responsible for his GP work, as well as running the Clinic, & also a teaching doctor & seems well qualified to do so. He has a quick comprehension & good memory. Lane Street work by appointment, so its better if you don't just walk in, unless emergency, I guess. I have not had to wait long. Different to my previous GP, where I have been kept waiting up to 2-3+ hrs. However, you need to make appointments 7-10 days ahead, which is sometimes impractical, when it comes to immediate health needs. I would like to see some improvement here, as sometimes waiting is impractical when it comes to illness & Health. This Clinic keeps long hours & has a number of Receptionists & several nurses. My experience with the nurses has been good, & I am unfamiliar of how many GP's.
I have not found it easy to find a good GP or Clinic anywhere in this area for a very long time, some of them being pretty bad, so I am very hopeful for the long run. Reviews are important to people, not just to time & money, but to the most important FACT OF LIFE, HEALTH, & the resulting Wealth & Prosperity, & even for the ongoing operation of business in question. The clinic is walking distance to the railway station & a bus to Parramatta. Disabled toilets availab. So far so good.

*6Dec22 UPDATE*: GP Madas on Vacation. Tried to book the best out of the available GP reviews. Made appt for female GP S. Requested 1/2 hr appt, as I am new to her & also had recent significant Medical Episode in ER. Frustrating. She kept trying to end at 10 mts. Managed to push to 20 mts. She kept looking at the computer instead of trying to get a history directly from me. It wasn't on the computer that I had recently been to ER on a life-threatening episode. The woman was like a parrot. The capacity for mindless robotic repetition in human beings is less than fascinating to me when it comes to having to see so-called professionals when you have to place your health & life into their hands. I was there to discuss serious issues & she kept on & on talking skin care to me. PS I said I am a qualified Aestetician.

If a Medical Practitioner doesn't have the capacity or know how to LISTEN, they will not HEAR what the patient is there for or trying to tell them. The Art of PAYING ATTENTION & LISTENING is of utmost importance for any medical practitioner, as is the capacity of COMPREHENSION. But if you're getting paid for 1/2 hr, holus bolus, regardless of giving 10mts, I guess even if the patient is justifiable unsatisfied & being cheated, nobody, certainly not the Govt is checking up. This GP is noted for regularly arriving 30 mts later than her stated starting time. Hence a backlog of bookings, & the explination of why I was not being given the 30mt appointment I had booked ! As my appointment was 10am to 10.30 in booking, in fact she would have had 2 other people waiting by 10am. What to say. (Ham qua bolghia?), frustrating considering I had recently been in Emergency at Westmead Hospital. Anyone can get a Certificate on anything, but today, there are just too many medics around who have their primary focus on business & not the welfare of a human being. NSW is full of lack of actual health care at the moment. It doesn't matter if you go private or public. There is no point in having surface KNOWLEDGE & a piece of paper, without COMPREHENSION of APPLICATION. You, the reviewer, must be saying wow by now. You can imagine what I'm thinking. They get away with it because most people do not feel they can question authority. But when it comes to our health, we should.
Edit 4April. Ph system & E is often down.

Lane Street Medical Centre at Wentworthville.
For Appointments its long waiting to connect reception on phone call more then 20-30 minutes.
when at-last you get an appointment. In clinic more then your appointment time you wait almost half an hour to see doctor.
Miss Dr. Geeta Krishna Kumari is the GP
have no patience to listen, and have non friendly mannerism with patients. Looks like she is not interested in treatment of patient but just focused on finishing the appointment within 5mins in rush and unexplained.
Also instead of medication she advises natural remedies to try and leave you untreated without medication.

Moreover need to pay the feez of doctors upfront $80-100.

M fully unsatisfied with Dr Geeta Kumari.

Dr Alex is a useless and good for nothing doctor. I recommend anyone to read their about us page. He is the only person who does not have proper bio or degrees or any specialisations mentioned out of all the doctors that work there. Dr Alex is an worthless doctor who has no interest in treating patients. He does not touch or look into the patients eyes. His head is always buried into the monitor and starts talking to the monitor as if there is no one in the room . We could only see this behavior in people who are out of their mind . Not sure what kind of a doctor does that. We went in for my nephews rashes and I had to force him to look at it so he can determine. He provides unnecessary advises apart from medical issues. For a 15min appointment he will talk to the monitor for 3mins and then out of nowhere he advises the patients "you can leave". Have never seen such an unprofessional doctor with pathetic manners and discipline. He should be placed in the kindergarten so that he could start education all over. He deserves negative rating and not fit for his profession.
