The doctors are fine but oh my god, the receptionist is completely incompetent!
Asking the same question multiple times, clearly not listening, requesting the same information (name, birthday, etc) half a dozen times per call, not being able to find when people have booked in, just completely incompetent.
Not a good look for a medical centre. Please spend some money on finding quality reception staff.

Reception called to cancel my appt with the only dr that is able to perform the required procedure as she won't be in on the day I booked. Been trying to get this procedure done for almost 2 months since initial consult.

Told the receptionist the procedure can only be performed in a certain time frame and unsure if i'll be able to reschedule it 4 days later as suggested by the receptionist. Receptionist said do you want dr to call you as in to ask if it can be performed 4 days later. After a 10 second phone call determining i cant do it on that day, they send me an email to consent to billing. They said it was a phone consult. It's not about the money, it's about the principal. Clearly it was a phone call to ask if the procedure can still be performed where the receptionist wasn't able to help me. My family dr would never charge for a call back in regards to a question. The medical industry is just becoming more and more money hungry and it's shameful.

Dr Dina Jamil - the worst female practionier out there. She is not there to listen to the concerns of patients but merely to make money for herself/centre.

She makes care plans within 5 minutes and charges over $200 to medicare. Where she should be focused, she's not! She doesn't even thoroughly do the newborn baby check ups and for some bizarre reason, is afraid to touch patients even newborns - not sure why she's a doctor.

The management don't even consider complaints against her and instead commend her on how "she's always booked out".

Stay away from her unless you need a medical certificate.

They're all about making money here even the nurse who insists that a baby MUST be seen by the doctor even if you've indicated you just want the baby immunised, all so they can charge medicare for a 30 sec question time "do you have any questions or queries?"

Joke of a place.

Absolute rubbish, been here twice, first time doctor was rude commenting on me speaking arabic and english together, and second time i mentioned i mentioned this isn’t my regular gp as i have recently moved to the area, and the doctor said that he can only focus on one issue per appointment after waiting in the waiting area 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, seemed as though since they were late on their appointments i had to suffer and almost as if the doctor was upset he wasn’t my GP, i’ve had shoulder bursitis which i needed to get looked at since it hasn’t been healing, and my hips been having serious pains to the point i can’t walk, yet the doctor was more concerned about the time and told me to book another session for 2 issues, i thought the point of a doctor is to help people not be so concerned over making quick appointments, shows you where the mentality of these doctors are at!

Went to do a blood test and urine test and it went through really smooth without any drama. Was a bit nervous about the needle, but she comforted me and did it carefully, I didn’t even feel the puncture ☺️ Thank you.

Dr. Dina is an amazing doctor, as soon as I had told her about my concerns, she straight away started asking questions, checking the areas in my body for concern, and was amazing overall. I've been with the same doctor for nearly 5 years now. I was one of her patients in her old clinic as well. Amazing service, and exemplary patient care. She even wrote me a referral, just in case I was concerned furthermore. 5 stars, and kudos to this amazing doctor
