Agent himself was very decent & seemed genuine, but probably was novice or had no knowledge of builder's work quality. Took us to a low quality builder saying always that "we provide quality work". Building was itself pain process. Landscaping by their staff "Sunny Singh" was awful. All doors' handles & locks are slipped within a year. Carpet peeled off. My husband always wanted to support them saying we should encourage their business, but now i am so sad seeing all these happening. Hope they are now well experienced & provide good advice.

I am extremely satisfied with the service Land and Lease team has given me. Mr Bipin Bimoli guided me from the scratch to completion of the building and in the entire journey he has been extremely supportive. Not only Bipin Dai, but the entire team has been very supportive. Sunny and Yousaf were among other people I saw around when I was engaged with building drafts at Land and Lease, their attitude to help and come forward to support has always been appreciated. Understandable they are not the builders themselves and have to coordinate with the builders to get the work done, so sometimes there might be delay as they will be seeking response from another party as well. My house has not been the top notch i must say but the post support Bipin Dai and Land and Lease Realty has given me has been extraordinary, may that be helping me communicate with the builder, supporting me change some major things after the contract was signed etc. etc. I would recommend Land and Lease Realty to my friends and family to get their house build sorted out.

Both Yousaf and Bipin are highly recommended.

Yousaf was referred to me by my friend. He worked hard to ensure that both the land and build are within my budget. He had been quite prompt in communication and handled most of the discussions and fulfilled the promises made with us.

Bipin has also significant contributions towards our successful built. We faces few issues with our builder, but i don't think that either Bipin or Yousaf had any fault on issues, but they in fact helped me to resolve the matter professionally. They timely performed due diligence on issues and got them rectified.

Just a soft note, please do not overestimate your requirements over the agent as in most of the cases the homeowner also brings the builder to a stage that things get messed and can't be negotiated by the agent. In such circumstances, the agent has nothing to do with that.

To my experience, the purpose of agent is to effectively communicate between the builder and homeowner, help owner on contracts and pricing, and ensure that build is smooth in terms of owner's requirements where possible. In my case, both Yousaf and Bipin did their best and I am surely happy with them.
