My wife and I went to Lakeside Medical for vaccine this week. I’m writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism they have shown. Dr Zietal’s dedication, expertise and caring have made a significant difference in our experience. Our appreciation also extends to the nurse and reception staff for their excellent service and for going above and beyond to provide not just medical care, but also reassurance and kindness.

Great service - the receptionist & nurses are always friendly and ready to help. Doctor Zietal is fantastic at her job - she explains everything and always takes time to make sure you understand what she's telling you.
Wait times are better than average & the practice is always clean and tidy.

I highly recommend this practice.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. It is a very busy practice but they find time to be personal with you. My Doctor Anna was very caring and so was the nursing staff.

My wife and I have been going here for 20+ years as well as my kids since their birth 11 and almost 14 years.
As a sufferer of SEVERE white coat fever, I have only seen 2 doctors in that time. Dr. Bradshaw, who has since retired and Dr. Kenny Loi, who has moved on.
I am considering following Kenny to his new practice because he has gained my trust over the many years, we have a repour, he knows my history without reading it and I'm not anxious when going to see him. My family, however, will continue going to Lakeside Medical.
The reception staff have always been super helpful and great to have a chat with before and after my/ our appointments.
I know they don't often take new patients, unfortunately, but they are worth getting on the wait list for.

I am so disappointed and disheartened that my daughter wasnt taken in while she was in pain. I visited the clinic today at around 5:30-5:45pm as my daughter fell at the childcare and she had bruised nose and cuts. There were 2 people at the waiting area waiting for the doctor. I mentioned about what had happened to the receptionist but she said she doesn’t have any doctors!
Seriously, then how come there were 2 other people waiting for the doctors? The clinic cannot afford to take a 3 year old child who is in pain What sort of ethic is it
I always visit the doctor there and today when i was so much in need of help, the clinic just ignored my request with a smiling face saying We dont have any doctors 😁. If there wasnt any then you should close the door and go home.
I am really really upset. I am never going to visit this clinic and would advise everyone who reads this review takes this in consideration.

I recently transferred my son to Lakeside Medical because as a parent you want the best care for your child. I can say with confidence every Dr I have seen there have been nothing but caring, understanding and amazing with my son he is very comfortable with them.Which is what you want for your child’s care they follow up with things and really educate me as the parent with what is going on. Would recommend this practice to anyone!

The best Dr's clinic we have ever been to, we're so happy to finally have a regular Dr (Zeital) that we feel comfortable with. The nurses are amazing and explain everything. The reception staff are also friendly and accomodating. On a recent occasion, one receptionist came over to me and offered to hold my extremely upset newborn so I could fill out some forms, it made my day.

I have a real concern regarding privacy. When you first walk in you are confronted with a large perspex screen. This means you have raise your voice to be heard. The blunt receptionist asks for your name address and your date of birth. This means that when you supply this info the whole waiting room hears your private info. With all the identity theft today along with this info is private for a reason. They need to address this straight away.
