Highly recommend this medical centre. Dr Cez is an excellent doctor who’ve I’ve been seeing for a number of years. Always thorough and easily explains things. Kerri the receptionist is incredibly friendly and I always welcoming.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Olivier Gros at Lakeside Family Medical. From start to finish, the appointment was unhelpful and unprofessional. Dr. Olivier Gros was disengaged and gave vague answers providing advice based on guesses by his own omission. He prescribed antibiotics and a strong painkiller (with codeine) without inquiring about my pain level, showing a lack of thoroughness and concern.

Dr. Olivier Gros was also very rude and dismissive. He avoided explaining his process, responded abrasively and raised his voice when I asked for clarification and even told me to "shh" at one point. When I expressed discomfort with his tone, he dismissed my concerns entirely. His attitude toward the receptionist, who was very helpful, was also rude and abrupt creating a very awkward and uncomfortable environment.

Overall, my visit felt entirely unhelpful and left me feeling unheard and uneasy, especially as a female patient. If you're seeking professional and effective medical care, I would strongly advise avoiding Lakeside Family Medical, particularly Dr. Olivier Gros.
