Never ever we get on time doctors appointment correct. Hours have to waited. They treat us like overseas medical centre standard. Today my wife have to take my 9 month old boy who hit himself with chair and get him appointment 2 pm but still she is waiting and receptionist told her another patient in-front of her still waiting. My son is crying because of the pain. I don’t understand how they can operate in Sydney while patients time have no value other hand doctors are not on time or over booked patients? For Every one I.request before you booked please make sure you take extra time.

Ngl they are a bit slow in picking up the calls but so far the service I received here are good.
The doctors were kind, the receptionist are helpful (sometimes their tone might be not delightful but they are human too).
Waiting time a bit of a mix - sometimes I don’t have to wait that long which is good but there were two separate occasion that I had to wait for more than 40 minutes. Maybe need to improve on that area.
Neverheless, am quite satisfied with the overall service. Thanks to the staffs/ doctors.

Visiting here for couple of years for GP service and for check up with cardiologists Dr Prashil Ganda. I’m happy with their GP service so far met with Dr Naim and Dr Fariha Dib both of them know what they are doing. This centre is same as all other practice of Sydney , doctor running late , which I found every GP Centre across Sydney. If any one want quick service they should go to Glendambo, SA ( see attached pics) not in Lakemba. Never found mis behave or rude attitude from reception, but wonder how patiently they behave with some annoying and rude customer/patient who came 2 hours before their appointment and want to see dr immediately 🙂

went to see a Doctor Name: Musarrat Jahan Monsur, she lacks basic communication skills towards another human being. She things that she has got Dr degree and could treat other people with disrespect. She was nearly assaulting my Mrs why we were visiting her. We should have gone to another Medical centre with Nurse on duty. My Mrs had hot oil spills on her hand, we just following Hospital advice just to visit a GP for follow up. Her behavior was appalling and unprofessional. I have never seen that rude doctor in my life.

One of the worst medical centres in Lakbemba. I have visited several times with each of the very disappointing service. Dr Naim is not professional at all. He never maintains serial and middle of the session continues talking to other people. There is no point in making an appointment at this centre. Please go to another medical centre.

I recently visited the clinical lab in Lakemba and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff, especially the girl with the hijab who appears to be in charge, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. She never takes blood samples herself, instead relying on untrained, unprofessional staff to collect blood from patients. She treated patients with a complete lack of respect, as if they were her servants, and demonstrated no understanding of how to treat or speak to patients appropriately. Her behavior is unacceptable, and she clearly should not be in this role. I will definitely be lodging a formal complaint about her to the Health Department of Australia.
