We have been coming here for nearly 10 years and am so grateful to have such great doctors to look after my family. The doctors explain things easily, no judgment and always willing to help you. The ladies at the front desk are always kind, always will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are always helpful with making appointments.

Highly recommend this practice!!

The staff are so friendly, professional and helpful, they were able to find an earlier appointment for me; Due to the urgency I couldn't get to see my usual Dr, the resident Doctor was great, he listened to my description and history, looked, assessed and told me how to treat this infection. I have been going to this surgery since 1992 when it was down at the shops and have always experienced professional and courteous Staff and Doctors. Thankyou to all, very much appreciated all your hard work and kindness.

What an amazing doctor’s surgery. Cannot fault any aspect of the surgery. From the beautiful, kind, caring and helpful ladies at the front desk to all the doctors. My family and I have been attending this surgery for over 11 years. Not once have I had a bad experience. My youngest son has been I’ll since about 8 months old (now 8), in and out of hospital. We’re on a brighter road now but I would not have got through this period of our lives with out the support of this surgery as a whole.

I was prompted to write this review due to the absurd bad reviews posted on here. Obviously every situation is different but to write personal attacks about a specific person not the business itself is disgusting.

If I can’t get into my normal doctor, as she is full for the day, there is always other options provided to me to assist my family, obviously dependent on the seriousness and urgency. There is excellent communication through the front desk to the doctors and then back to me.

Cannot fault the place.

My daughter 3yrs
attended the Lake Munmorah Doctors surgery a few days ago with symptoms of a uti.
She has been quite unwell.
I had to call the doctor to get her results because they failed to give them to me even though she has an ifection. I'm a single mum and was told if her results were positive or she deteriorated to bring her straight back. Today I've been refused an appointment even though there was some there. Peta was so incredibly rude, hung up and refused to make an appointment for my sick child. I asked her to speak with the doctor on duty today and apparently that was their response too. What did you say to the doctor Peta? What disgusting behaviour. You should be ashamed of yourself. How dare you refuse my sick child a doctor. ?

In regards to my fathers previous health condition., the second week in January 2022 Terry, a neighbour of my father, who brought my father aged 85 to LMDS early January 2022. Terry calls me to inform my father had called him saying that he feels like he is dying. He takes my father to Lake Munmorah Doctors Surgery. No tests were by offered to be done by the previous doctor seen.as to my fathers condition at the age of two months away from 86. I move up to be with my Dad 12/1/2022. As it is Covid awareness, I call for a phone consultation as to find out what has happened to my father. Vagueness extraordinaire tenfold. All I heard from this person in the vaguest of ways, was that my father had onset dementia and that was all I heard from him.
June 2022 my Dad is feeling breathlessness, wheezing, I call a paramedic who ensures that I will have on that same day an appointment with the last Dr that he saw, but then found out that this was not his usual Dr.
Lovely Dr Angela Gray from LMDS saw my father that day and immediately gave forms to receive blood tests and chest xrays, which unfortunately found horrific results too late, but at least someone was responsible enough to know what needed to be done.
