I keep getting calls from them and when I answer they hang up I finally got through to them and they denied that they ever called me so I told them that was a lie and I was very annoyed because it’s been going on like this for a week and and a half now I told them I was disappointed with the service they provided I’m waiting for a blood test results and they refused to tell me what it is then said I had to wait till Thursday I’m so close to storming in because I really need these results because I could die if I don’t get the right meds

So tired of their disfunctional phone system. A doctor’s surgery needs a reliable service, why don’t they just get a new line put in? Even the radiology had probs, ant 9:15 anm and why do they all have to go to lunch at the same time? Surely the receptionists could take it in turns. So unprofessional. The level of care, once you get an appointment is great but such a pain, having to saddle up and drive down, just to make one.

I have been attending this practice for a number of years now, personally I think they are all very good here.
I do feel after reading a review referring to Dr Foteva, that she is very good and competent, as when I had some issues, no problem getting a referral to a mental health specialist.

They're great up here, great competent doctors. They're obviously popular though, I've been to a lot of GP clinics in and around Sydney, South-West Sydney, Illawarra and Wollongong and I've never really had to wait weeks and weeks to see a particular GP and even 4-5 days to see the Nurse for something. They're so popular they might have to get bigger to accommodate the demand!

Other doctors seem good but do NOT recommend Dr Iliyana Foteva. I called in about a referral to a specialist for mental health and was told my experiences weren't valid before I'd even had the chance to explain the majority of my symptoms. Her patronizing and condescending attitude about an area of mental health she is not experienced in further delayed me seeking help as I felt like an imposter. If you are seeking a referral for a psychiatrist or psychologist, don't go to Iliyana Foteva.

No one answers the phone. Great drs and friendly reception when you are there but To make a booking it requires physically going in there. It’s so frustrating and impossible to do when you work.
