As a new patient I arrived 15 minutes early. Door was locked - looked in and saw receptionists and large empty waiting room. It was raining and I was in pain - I just wanted to sit down in the dry. Door unlocked at 8 - fair enough - receptionist didn’t even open door and say hello. Zero compassion. I arrive early as a courtesy - not returned - am literally in shock. Appalling

Our Doc just moved to this practice, so we are following him. First visit today. Seems nice inside , lots of doctors available, along with nice consulting rooms. Plenty of parking. An adjacent pharmacy along with a private hospital. I guess you can call it one-stop-shopping

I had my first appointment with Dr James Jooste today and found him to be a very nice person with a lovely manner and importantly someone who wanted to get to the bottom of why I was there.
Unlike my recent experience where another GP in another practice did not appear to be all that interest, Dr James was very interested and very thorough, he ordered a suite of blood tests and ultrasound that would tell us more - whereas the last GP just looked blank and I walked out with no hope of finding anything out.
Thank you Dr James - I have found a GP who cares.

I was fortunate to get a same-day appointment with my regular doctor. I had a small wait as mine was a late time-slot. Reception staff greeted and promptly attended to me. They explained that there would be a small delay and that there was one patient agead of me so that I knew what to expect. I settled into the clean, orderly and quiet waiting room and caught up on my emails.
My doctor was welcoming, warm and efficient and listened to my health concerns before recommending test abd treatment options. All in all a great experience. I always feel respected and in safe hands.

Great service and communication with the patients. Dr. Tony, my son's doctor, is a wonderful doctor who continues to take good care of my son's mental disabilty for 3 years now by providing assistance and medication management that has been recommended by the psychologist as well. 🙂

We are both patients of this professional and caring Medical Practice. We usually attend appointments together.
Our wonderful GPs are Dr Tony Malyszek and Dr Andrew Barrett. They are honest, listen, & provide therapeutic care.
The medical receptionists are welcoming & always do their best to schedule more urgent appointments for situations that arise unexpectedly in life.
The practice Nurses too are all very supportive & are committed to best patient care.
We highly recommend & respect this hard working Team.

We visited with my sick daughter. I was so impressed and honestly was one of the best dr experiences.
The receptionist when we checked in noticed how unwell my daughter was immediately and organised to get her checked by a nurse to make sure she was stable and so she could comfortably lie down while waiting for the dr.
Dr Ben Dansie was extremely thorough and patient. He examined her really well and listened to all my concerns.
Thankyou so much to everyone for caring so much for my sick daughter, she even come home and said how kind everyone was.
