Reception staff was bit below average, one of them was quite blunt and loud with attitude in tone, didn’t really feel welcome, understand you guys don’t wanna work on a nice Saturday but it’s a professional clinic setting so at least try to act like it. I was a bit anxious being my first ultrasound, with period cramps and not used to hold a full bladder for ultrasound and the ultrasound lady in grey scrub with glasses and grey hair was not professional or sympathetic. She was not happy with my doctor nor requesting an internal ultrasound and expressed very much attitude. Even used f word during the appointment when she was frustrated of couldn’t get a clear inside scan. Offered me the choice of internal or external but when I said I’m not sure as my doctor informed me different things and instead of patiently explain each choice her exact words were just say yes or no. Really wouldn’t recommend or coming back.

As for warrnambool I can not complain about anything. I've always been treated with respect and courtesy. This is from the receptionists and radiography team especially when having a CT or MRI. Thank you

I had two follow on scans booked for one morning. Staff and radiographers all pleasant, helpful and well informed, it was convenient to have both scans the same day.

Everyone here from reception to the tech's are the most caring people. Unfortunately I've had to have a few MRI's and this last one was very painful but I had two gentlemen Mark and Kosh assist me in and out and made me feel as comfortable as possible from start to finish. I have a long journey ahead but having compassionate people surrounding you in your worst times makes the biggest of difference. Bless you all and thank you for everything you all do at St John. I don't like that I have to do all this medical stuff, but I am so happy to have the support from you all. You are all a bunch of angels. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
