I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for something quite urgent. I took a day off for the appointment, and 30 minutes before it, I was contacted to cancel and reschedule it for another two weeks later. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible place. The receptionist was very unfriendly and you should not be in the job if you dont like it, left without seeing a dr due to the terrible staff. Went over to EUC at Tuggerah. Saw a dr within 5mins all staff were friendly and lovely highly recommend supporting them!

I had a great experience at UCC. Was very well looked after. Was triaged and had information and obs taken by the nurse.Then saw Dr Greaves who was great. Arrived at 0800 and left before 0930. We’re fortunate to have this service. The staff are all doing a great job.

Worst ever clinic would of got thru quicker at the hospital......... 4hr+ wait times avoid this centre your mad if you don't !
