Went there for my kids and it was a long 1 hour wait but you’ve to expect that with like 4 patients were there before me, so if the doctor takes 15 min with each patient, it will be 1 hour wait.
The reception and doctors are friendly and lovely and apart from the long wait, it’s a brilliant idea to have a no gap GP service open everyday and on Sunday as well and also they do extended hours everyday .

No appointment so I was a ‘walk in’ patient. The wait was 3 hours but the wait was worth it. Dr was excellent, kind and knowledgeable and 36 hrs later I am well on the mend. Everyone was kind and the waiting room was bright and clean. Thank you for the service.

My partner saw a Doctor Sasha/sarsha at 640pm and presented with acute pain in his left hand lower stomach that he had been experiencing for the past 5 days. Without any investigation the doctor just ruled it down to a muscle strain!
Please explain to me how this doctor can diagnose this pain without looking into it? He asked my partner to lay on the examination bed and he push and poked the area in which my partner went through the roof with and said “ Yes just a muscle strain, just have some nurofen”.

I don’t understand how he would be able to diagnose this pain without investigating

Rang for an appointment, asked for address was told "Lakehaven". When I asked for specifics the receptionist put me in hold "to find out!!! Did I attend? Hell no. Along with the deadpan voice and attitude, if this person is representation of who will be looking after me...I'd rather wait for my regular GP

Horrible customer service and a lack of care at all for patients. Called during the week to see if they could do my vaccines for me before I go overseas and was told they could and to come on the saturday, was even put on hold so the receptionist could check with the nurse and was told yes they can do it. Came in on Saturday for the receptionist to give me a flat out no and was acting in a rude manner towards me, even demanded to see the phone number I had called as evidence and implying I was making it all up. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else!

4 hours and still 2 people ahead of us. It's an absolute joke. You could drop dead in the waiting room. Never come here again.
My son got diagnosed with a bakers cyst ended up in hospital that night with a leg full of clots and one in the heart almost died.

Urgent care opened at 8am. It’s 11am and still no doctor on site!!! I was told Dr was coming from Wahroonga at 8:45 when I arrived. It’s 11am and still no doctor. I caught a glimpse of the urgent care roster and it’s one doctor per shift (that’s if they bother to turn up). I won’t be coming back. Most of the people waiting for urgent care don’t appear sick or injured which beggars to question about how urgent their problem is. Don’t bother with this place. At least at the hospital there are actual doctors on site and the wait time is the same!
