Excellent service, highly recommend. Super friendly staff, very empathetic and professional. The Urgent Care facility is fantastic. They saw me just before closing time. Quickly and efficiently treated me, patched me up, gave me a tetanus shot and a prescription. Everything is healing up nicely. It was going to be a 6 hour wait at ED. So glad the ED told about the centre.

I have been a patient of Lagoon Medical Centre for around 6 years now and they’ve never given me a bad experience. I’ve had 3 doctors over this time, Dr Mohamed El-Alamein, Dr Francis Akinyemi and as of today Dr Cesar Jr Morillo Sofocado, all of which are friendly, talk you through your concerns and what those concerns could mean, all while being polite and respectful. I don’t mind saying I once had a veruca wart on the bottom of my foot that was, quite honestly, repulsive. Dr Francis Akinyemi had to freeze off the remaining dead skin and wart, although it didn’t hurt, it tickled, which we both had quite a good laugh about, Dr Francis is genuinely very funny. Going to the doctor, for whatever reason, can be really confronting, but the whole team at Lagoon Medical are really friendly people and are of course extremely good at their jobs. I highly recommend this medical centre to people from all walks of life!

Excellent service, highly recommend. Was a long wait give the holiday period and many other services closed, however reception were great at giving information so you knew what to expect. The Dr and nurse gave fantastic care and took the time to go through concerns and answer questions. Very personable and put me at ease before I had my stitches.

Attended the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic—extremely polite and helpful reception staff. The nurse was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Attending the doctor was also pleasant and professional.

Seen by medical staff promptly. Wait time is similar to my regular GP practice.

Minimal wait time for urgent care. Staff is lovely and Doctor was very quick and efficient. Definitely beats sitting at Fiona Stanley for 6hrs! Thank you. Will recommend to everyone!

Receptionist was kind and very efficient. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and l didn’t wait 1.5-2 hour only 1/15..
Nurse who trianged me was very kind and good at her job. Very pleasant!
The doctor was great and with the time and knowledge he had think he was very good.
Overall pleased with the medical and service.

Had an appointment booked for tomorrow but it was cancelled due to no Dr being available. I tried 4 times to ring them back but the call kept getting disconnected. I attended in person and the lovely receptionist got me into their acute care centre. From start to finish of my appointment it was handled very promptly and professionally. They also have a radiology centre so was able to book an ultrasound for the next day before a follow up appointment. That in itself is a plus!! Would definitely recommend this practice although it was pretty busy in the waiting room when I left! It's difficult when you're travelling and need to see a Dr, this one was close to where we are staying and they couldn't have been more helpful. Very happy with the service thus far.
