I used the vending machine to get a bottle of water and the machine said “payment declined” but 2 minutes later I got a notification that I had paid $4 so I went to check to see if it had dispensed my water bottle but it hadn’t. I got scammed!

Longest wait time I've ever had.
Myself and one other lady in ER, waited for 10 minutes to be seen by a nurse which was brilliant cannot commend enough; yet have waited 4 hours and was forgotten about before asking if I was going to be seen soon to which a nurse replied that everyone else had been seen before me (yet there was 2 of us in the ER).
I understand there are priorities but seriously 4 hours to see 2 people

The Doctor and nurses in Emergency tonight were absolutely wonderful and so quick and thorough with assessing my 3 year old. I think it was Dr Greg or Garry Fisher! He made balloon animals and swords for my son and just had a lovely manner with children and made me feel comfortable as a parent. The nursing staff on at the time were beautiful too, a young girl names Abbey, was so kind and helpful. Thank you Forbes Emergency.

This morning I was admitted to the hospital, following an unexpected health issue while at Apex Riverside Tourist Park. A fellow guest called the ambulance, the two officers were quick to arrive and took immediate care. I was then taken to the hospital, the attention from all medical staff was outstanding. I was tested,checked regularly, and finally released this afternoon. My sincere thanks to all, the people of Forbes are fortunate to have such dedicated professionals to care for this community.

Horrendous. Sunday, 14th June 2020. Doctor on er ward from 12-6 was terrible, left us waiting here for six hours as he laughs, and gossips with nurses, rude, absolutely rude, and ignorant when my aunt explain her condition which she has had for 23 years. One nurse was decent, the rest rude, and ignorant, spent more time laughing than actually doing job, even as my aunt’s condition worsened.

Cant thank the nurses enough that worked in emergency this morning Easter Saturday .
They are a credit to there profession, and the hospital.
