Called to make an appointment with my Doctor i have seen in the past that is working out of this center now. I was told sorry call back in 3 months, yet this doctor has appointments available online in 2 weeks time i can make.

Yes, i have correct practice. You do not have my details on file as you denied me the ability to make an appointment with my Doctor. The gentleman i spoke today was not rude but not helpful and all he said was call back in 3 months to see if you can see your Dr.

Pretty upset, came in on a Friday afternoon looking to get a referral so my Daughter could get scans on her injured knee. Was told and I quote what’s the point you won’t know until Monday. So now we waiting at hospital clogging up a already clogged system just because the GP couldn’t be bothered spending 2 minutes making a referral

My son has a sore throat that feels sharp, worried if it is his tonsils am I allowed to being him in fir assessment NO. But he can have an assessment over the phone - doctors must have super powers to see into his throat via telephone. So disappointed in this practice used to really like being able to take my kids when they were sick. Now only able to make appointment if well apparently.

Whatever you do, do NOT speak with Marilyn. Lacks any compassion whatsoever and merely lays down supposed laws of restriction. If they are true at all. After a recent knee operation, I just needed to have the dressing checked. I was refused. And why? Because I hadn't been to Tandem health for 2 years and because I wasn't referred for the surgery from there.
I could offer a plethora of health reasons and the extenuating restrictions I have found myself in over the last few years and why I have not been to Tandem on a regular basis but this woman was not listening. Or caring. At this stage of Knee op recovery, the pain is very consistent and travelling to Robina where the referring doctor ( who has since stopped practice due to her own health issues) was situated is not an easy trip. Just sitting in a car for any length of time is excruciating in my present condition. I realise Marilyn is the vanguard to keep the hordes from overworked doctors but i think if any of those doctors had heard the conversation this morning they would have been appalled

The young male Receptionist forgot to put me in the system after I presented on arrival..so 40 minutes later I went to the desk to ask what's going on...
eventually I saw a new young male doctor who I felt like a nuisance taking up his time...did NOT even take my blood pressure.. even though I had no cold or flu, he sat 6' away!! Will wait till I get my regular doctor next time... benefit of the doubt - perhaps he was having a bad day🙄🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The Dr I was seeing I consider to be a bit unprofessional Dr Christian Lharsh I have been seeing him for a while and always questioned me. The last time I went I asked him for scripts for my pain killers as in a lot of pain all the time. He turned around to me and said You know I don't like prescribing this medication I think you had better fins yourself another Dr. I said well as a matter of fact I have an appointment next week and he said good luck I hope she prescribes them for you. I even went to Hospital in pain and they gave me a script. and gave me a letter to give him and he even refused to give them to me.

Doctors are amazing. Staff at the front desk are rude and very unwelcoming. So disappointed with my recent visit because they used to be the most amazing staff at the front but have changed staff and now so rude.
