I was in a major car accident that resulted in requiring multiple surgeries. I was prescribed pain medication by my surgeon for the unbearable pain I was in. When visiting this pharmacy to pick up my medication I was treated like a drug addict and the pharmacist refused to dispense my medication. I understand there’s protocols in place to keep patients safe but the way I was treated was just rude and disrespectful and completely unnecessary. Even after explaining the situation calmly I was just ignored. Please learn to have a little bit of respect and empathy towards your customers.

There is one pharmacist in particular, “Anne”, who is so predictably rude and and ridiculous every single time I visit this pharmacy. Due to a lot of personal health issues of myself & family members, I need to visit a pharmacy weekly to pick up medications. Whenever this woman is working, she is so rude and disrespectful and disgusting to everyone in the store, it has become routine that when I frequent the store when she is working, she cannot help but utter some pathetic form of abusive language, I don’t know where this woman received her education but it is fundamentally lacking. She frequently puts the wrong amount of medications in packets and today forgot 2 whole boxes of medication altogether that another worker had to drop them off to my house. Today I started recording a video of this woman yelling like a psychopath, telling me to shut up, and threatening to call the police - because a complaint was put in about her. Upon talking to locals in the town it didn’t take long before I realised most people had a bad taste in their mouth after dealing with this particular woman and I’ve yet to hear one nice word about her. Anne cannot conduct herself professionally and I think needs to reconsider her career, as she lacks the basic skills to required of this one.

Nothing is too difficult for them when it comes to service. They are kind and sensitive to all health issues, with expansive opening hours.
They go to great lengths to ensure contact free shopping due to my autoimmune condition.
They are one of the gems of Kurrajong Village!

I had acquired a horrible cough to the point Inwas unable to focus and very ill; the pharmacist kept the chemist open for half an hour past closing time and gave me a bunch of information to help regarding my illness.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a caring pharmacy that goes above and beyond for their clientele.
