Could not recommend the team at K Squared more highly. Both my son and daughter train there. Not only is it skills, fitness, correct weight technique but also covers nutrition and growth mindset. Given it's school holidays they have been able to train together, and today they came home and were raving about how much fun they had. Instead of turning to devices they picked up a ball and started throwing it to each other. Could not be happier my kids are at Ksquared Sportstyle.

Both of my teenage kids train regularly with John and have for over a year. He has made a huge impact on their development as young athletes. His focus on growth mindset, mindfulness and nutrition in addition to weights and rugby training has been very helpful. My daughter does the Rugby Academy with Maurice and has seriously loved the training. They have also both done the holiday camps, which are fantastic. I can't recommend the Ksquared boys enough!

The sessions have not only (greatly) improved his technique but his mindset & attitude towards all aspects of life including sleep & nutrition. My son looks forward to seeing John each week. John has had a huge positive impact on him and has helped him view life & scenarios through another lens and with a growth mindset. Amazing team..

Ksquared has helped my son Luka develop his passing, sprinting, and hand eye coordination skills.. we have definitely notice a difference in his game. Wether it’s league or touch or any other sport for that matter. He has improved so much since training with Johnee and Maurie. I would highly recommend these boys for sure!!!

Ksquared sport style is hands down the best in the business! I have dealt with John and Morry from Ksquared sports style for over 10 years now. They have been such a great help in perfecting my workouts and teaching me the correct techniques both in the gym on the paddock. Not only have the boys helped me in the gym but they have guided me in the right direction to create the right mindset both in training and most importantly in life. Ksquared is absolutely amazing, the boys have so much knowledge. They communicate in a way kids understand and also adults however these guys gave my kids the best opportunity and they came home with new skills a better attitude and a positive mindset. I highly recommend Ksquared.
