My family could speak more highly for these amazing doctors. We have seen them all, and all have been knowledgeable, compassionate, and excellent at listening to your symptoms and their diagnosis spot on. If it were not for the combined care of Dr Michelle, Dr Linda and Dr Andrew - the three of them working together - my daughter would not be alive today. Would I recommend this practice to you? In a heartbeat!

Dr Linda is amazing, she’s one of the only doctors who has sat down and actually listened to me and taken me seriously, she has taken care of both my daughters since newborn, I’ve been seeing doctor Linda now for a little over three years now and I can honestly say she’s the best, not only that she has a kind and beautiful soul, you don’t see that in to many doctors anymore. I will be seeing her for the rest of my life!!!!

Visited the medical care for the first time . The receptionist very rudely asked me stand outside and complete the form as i had fever and cough. All other patients who came after me were ok to atau inside even with samè symptons. I found this to be a racist behaviour given diff treatment for different people.

Visited this medical centre beginning of December 2022 with a sprained ankle injury and a massive bruise and swollen ankle. The doctor wrote an x-ray which didn’t show any fracture in my feet; I asked them I had a feeling there was an issue with my ligament, and she didn’t bother to write me a referral for an Ultrasound. I asked them if I needed a cast or boot to assist me with walking and both doctors Michelle Li and Linda Tran, told me I dont need boots or a cast. Beginning of January, I visited another medical centre, and the Doctor urgently sent me for Ultrasound and it showed I had high-grade torn ligament which I had been walking with so much difficulty for more than 2 weeks while I had to protect my feet with a cast or boots to rest. So sorry for these doctors who are not capable of what they are doing. I will definitely scale up this medical negligence.

I had to be in Medical Centre because they don’t have phone consultation. When I arrived to my appointment the receptionist told me I should pay for my visit cause they charge the patients in their first face to face appointment. For less than 5 minutes appointment I had to pay and go through the process of claiming back my money from Medicare. Maybe you need to review your policy cause this is not the right way to treat a patient who live close to your medical centre.

I recently went to this practice for the first time with a Stye in my eye. I had already been taking care of it I wanted to check that there wasn’t anything else going on. I was originally told that as it is my first time I would pay $72 and get the rebate back straight away.

After seeing a nurse who asked me a whole lot of background questions, I then sat with the doctor who asked me the same background questions. He was very interested in discussing what my profession was rather then discussing the eye. Out of the whole visit my eye took up 5 minutes of the consultation to which the doctor said to continue doing what I am doing and just wait it out.

As I went out to pay I was told it was now $110 for a long consultation. To make it worse it was incorrectly put into the Medicare machine and I could not get the refund straight away.

As a single mum, with time and money not easy to come by, I had to pay $110, an added trip needed to castle towers, 45 mins out of my day, to be told to keep doing what I was doing.

Won’t be back again.

Unfortunately This is my local doctors and the place my son has gone since he was born… clearly have 0 care factor for both long term patients and the health of locals !!!! Called to arrange updated covid shot and was told well they have to open a full vaccine and they don’t do it for just one person….. then was told when trying to arrange my sons 1st vax and apparently that they don’t order the vax for children because it may go out of date before they use it all !!!!! What the…. studied all that time to become doctors to help people and choose a use by date over the health factor of a persons/child’s life….
