Create facilities, but the doctors are not very professional. From my experience they don’t encourage patient centred care but rather chooses to provide the care they think you need. I felt like I had very minimal say in what treatment I was given and was made to feel guilty for wanting a different treatment approach

Dr Elaine exercised zero common sense. My 7month old is down with fever cough and flu for 6 days during this covid season and as soon as she heard these symptoms she advised us to get tested for covid. She refused to see him face to face and gave no other advice. I would have thought Dr would prescribe antibiotics instead of following guidelines. The healthdirect nurses are more helpful than Dr Elaine.

Not only the doctors at KMG arent professional, the receptionist is the worst. Not sure if she can speak and understand English.

Please avoid visiting any doctors here unless you just need a medical certificate.

(I'm seriously considering to report this place to medical association to have their qualifications investigated.)

Only give one star, so I could post it.
It was a terrible experience, I hope this won't happen to anybody else. I took my mum there to change the dressing for her wood. Joeseph did it for my mum and was a very rough one, he charged $10. The next day, my mum's wood started bleeding non stop. It stopped bleeding before we went to see him. I had to take my mum to cannington medical center to have it checked on Sunday . My mum was just lucky enough, as we got in before the infection. The nurse at cannington Medical Center was very helpful. She cleaned the whole area, and replaced it with new dressing, free of charge.
I will never ever recommend Joeseph to anybody else.

Dr Joseph was fantastic, I was visiting my family in Perth from Melbourne and my kids and myself got quite ill with a flu etc, he was very understanding, professional and most of all, seemed like a genuine nice guy. Thanks again Dr Joseph.

worse GP ever, booked in for an appointment but the nurse would gone out, GP said make appointment on certain day, but she would not come back from holiday, withholding records. leading to delay of treatment, the worst.

The doctors at KMG are very professional and they have diagnosed my illness correctly. I only have had good experiences at KMG. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to attend their clinic.

farhana khan is not professional and confident Gp . She misguided me at many occassions medicaly and make wrong excuse to examine.this time she refer me to another specialist doc for medical certificate for my driving license i required.Another Gp did it for me.

My son was bleeding and the doctor made silly excuses of why he couldn't treat him and told me to go to a hospital. Do not visit this place.
I'd give them no stars.
