It's very messy especially clothes are everywhere. Not folded, thrown away, on the floor etc. It appears there is no staff for floor management.

Go into khub to buy a mini exercise bike. App says limited stock in store but won't let me order. I'm on crutches so I go straight to counter to save me walking. They try telling me to order using a different app. I point out would like one now otherwise it will be after Christmas. Another staff comes up and says no stock. I eventually do walk around shop and find 3 on the shelf.
Good help is hard to find.

Asked about mens sandals yesterday and received very poor, unhelpful response from man at front counter. Too much trouble to find out if you sold them and where I might find them. He needs a lesson in Customer Service. Very lax attitude. Went to Intersport and received totally different service from extremely caring and considerate young man who is an asset to his workplace.

I went in there to buy a $9 white t-shirt. I was in such a rush because we were running late to our tour I didn't bother to look at my receipt. all I knew is that it was cheap and my size as the tag clearly had the size and the price of the item on it NINE DOLLARS. Only to find out 2 days later as I'm looking through our spenditure that the man at the check out charged me $19! dodgy or what?! sad thing is I don't have the receipt anymore and we've since returned home to Darwin. Never again! I even double checked their website to see if by any chance they were selling any t-shirt for $19 and nothing - its kmart nothing is over $12 for their t-shirt range. Wouldn't be surprised if this is how this person scams the locals, elderly, vulnerable etc when he gets a chance 🙄 disgusting!

I just now called kmart Katherine 0850 store a woman answer my call and she was so rude and she did not answer my enquiries about meat grinder, and she hang up on me. that's behaviour a big shame on company like Kmart👎👎👎
