For cotton shirts, home storage solutions, everyday bed sheets, Kmart is my destination. Prices are low compared to other shop chains, with good quality, beautifully designed items. Very competitive prices, easy shopping experience. Display layout is ok but can be cramped due to smallish space.

Most visits, the service at this store in Ayr is great. Last night I walked into K Hub Ayr at 8.55 pm fully aware it was closing in 5 minutes and I only needed to grab one thing. Instead of being greeted, the lady at the sales counter was shaking her head and when I asked if there was an issue with me being there as they were still open for another 5 minutes, she scoffed and proceeded to give me attitude. When I got to the counter a whole minute later and said I'd be back to speak to her manager the following day, she laughed and said, "Go right ahead" and then said "I don't have to serve you". 1. Obviously she's confident her manager will stick up for her poor customer service. 2. I then had to add up my own order to leave cash instead of having the option to pay with my card as she was still refusing to put the sale through. I had some not so nice things to say by the end of it, I will admit. Rate 0/10. Some people need to get into the Christmas spirit and be a little more festive. I myself had just finished a day of work and hey, if you're open until 9 and the doors are unlocked, customers should not feel unwelcomed when walking into your store.

Took 4 hours to get here and I realised I'd forgotten my pj shirt. Went to Reject shop, didn't have what I wanted so I continued up the street as I saw an op shop sign. Then I saw Kmart Hub. What a great little shop. If I hadn't ridden a motorbike, I would have bought up. Lots of great quality clothes and more for great prices! Make sure you stop here even just for a browse.

Cannot believe winter clothing in a store while still experiencing up to 35 degree heat and unable to buy summer clothing.
Whoever controls stocking of store needs to have a reality check. Get real please this is north Qld not Victoria.

We loved the range of products and the sevice was ok but chewing gum with your mouth open at the checkout was a little ordinary, we will be back 👍👍
