Exceptional Service at Kmart

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Kmart, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by salesperson Michael.

Michael's product knowledge and enthusiasm were truly remarkable. On two separate occasions, he went above and beyond to assist me. The first instance was when I was looking for a specific item that I couldn't locate. Michael not only guided me to the right aisle, but he also took the extra step to provide detailed information about the product's features and options available. His expertise was invaluable.

Furthermore, on my second visit, I had a complex return to process. Michael not only handled the transaction efficiently, but he also took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. His patience and willingness to address my concerns left a lasting impression.

Michael's exceptional customer service skills are a true asset to Kmart. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping customers create a welcoming atmosphere. You need to seriously look at your sanitiser station at the front door.
Not only is it empty and probably should be removed from the entrance but it is filthy dirty.
It needs sanitising itself.

A good nicely lighted improved Kmart store. May be around 1/3 of Kmart in US, it sells almost little bit of all different categories of goods. The store is clean. Service is very good. Cashiers and Automated counters are there for speedy checkout. From bicycles, Clothes, shoes, hardware, vacuum cleaners, other home electronics, toys photography, housewares, almost everything except Pharmaceutical stuff is available at very reasonable prices. I give it 4.5 stars out of 5.
