I currently am with them but they don't communicate and Ur unable to leave a verbal message when U call up urself to find out wat time support is or who Ur having as it's against policy and procedures to be able to leave verbal message to ask for someone to call urself back so I'm no longer going to be with them anymore and suggest for others to find a place were Ur able to call up and leave a verbal message over the phone

I hope the horribly abusive lady has been fired! !!!
But very much doubt it due to the managers response.
Otherwise, food good and cheap, people enjoy the activities. Quite a few of staff like this so down one more star. Very strange.

My friend well looked after under Ndis BUT THEY REFUSED TO LET ME SEE VISIT OR EVEN TALK TO HER BY PHONE! ! !!
