Poor time management. Understand sometimes it may overlap but 30 minutes and more is ridiculous. If you know you’re going to take longer than usual or not sure how long it’s going to take, don’t open that time slot for patients. SIMPLE!

Even after waiting for 30 minutes, she is not done with her patient. I had to enquire if she is almost done or not. The receptionist did not even get back to me. Went back to her desk clicking typing away.

Waited for another 10 minutes or so replied ‘oh, she did not answer’ You did not care to let me know?

Waste of my time specifically driving down. Won’t be stepping in this clinic that’s for sure.

The younger receptionist’s customer service is so poor. No smile nothing. Talks like a robot.

FYI: Anyone who sees Samira, just appear late for your appointment or be sure to wait for at least an hour for your turn.

If you like a AI-like human welcoming you in the clinic with long waiting time, this clinic is for you!

Andrew and his team of professionals are hands-down the best in their profession. My family and I have been seeing him for close to 15 years and in that time he has always been professional, knowledgeable, precise and caring. Dr Thompson goes the extra mile to ensure that any problems are always resolved. If there's anything outside his expertise, he always knows the best specialists to refer me and my family. We couldn't be more grateful to Andrew and his team for the care they have shown our family. We are indebted to him and his lovely team.

Had a pleasure of being treated here by Dr Andrew Thompson, I had a small keloid growing on my ear from a helix piercing that wasn’t pierced properly. Dr Andrew performed surgery and excised the keloid from my ear and sutured it.

I had no complications, infections or bleeding. And the site healed perfectly fine with proper after care. I had follow up appointments to prevent reoccurrence of the keloid, and I’m happy to say it’s been 8 months post excision and the site is healed, the keloid is completely gone and hasn’t grown back.

Thankful to Dr Andrew and the nurses who treated me for their knowledge, friendliness and compassion. Definitely recommend this centre.

Needless to say Dr Andrew Thomson and Erin are both legends in they way they treat patients and teach students. All the staff deserve praise in making the centre such a welcoming environment.

Reception staff are wonderful they always greet you with a smile and are polite and helpful. Dr Andrew Thompson is extremely thorough with any appointments I have had with him. I think he is a fantastic doctor with a wealth of knowledge. I would say all round great Practice could not fault anything.
