I’m new to the practice and honestly can’t recommend Dr Melissa Daniels enough. She is absolutely fantastic! From day one, she has been thorough, kind, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to really listen to all concerns and makes you feel completely heard and supported. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The service Dr Melissa Daniels provides is second to none – so much so that my whole family now sees her. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a brilliant GP!

After moving from Melbourne to Greenwood last year, we were so happy to find this practice. Have seen multiple drs here and had a really great experience with all of them (Dr Mina, Dr Becker, Dr Updesh) thorough, kind, not rushing. Dr Melissa Daniel’s is now my main gp, and she is a credit to the clinic. Caring, great communicator and listener, fantastic with children. Quality doctors!

I have been going to this practice for years. I love seeing Dr Nicole Becker and Nurse Jasmine, they are great with children of new borns and up. My children always can’t wait to go for a check up/ visit for their friendly bubbly personalities. Dr Becker is a very caring dr that takes the time to listen to you and help you.

Trish from reception was SO incredibly helpful today, I couldn’t access my results from my previous GP which were requested by this practise three weeks ago and my previous GP was messing me around but Trish called them, kept me updated, was patient and got them to send them over in an hour when I had be calling them all day. She deserves a raise 🙂

Posting under a pseudonym intentionally, noting that 've been a patient at Kingsley Family Practice for a few years and have had positive experiences with Dr. Dhillon and Dr. Rezkalla. However, my interactions with one of the reception staff have been consistently poor.

Despite my calm demeanor, this staff member has been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When I requested a copy of the practice's policy regarding prescription medication, she refused to listen to me and instead told me to speak with my GP. When I politely asked her to stop interrupting me, she continued to do so.

I was disappointed by her lack of professionalism and lack of people skills, which are essential for a reception role. I will avoid dealing with her in the future and hope that the practice will address this issue to provide better patientcare.

My daughter became unwell and had to be seen the same day. I called my usual practice and various others but they either weren’t taking new clients or had no appointments till the next day. Called Kingsley Family Practice and I got a same day appointment with Dr Nicole Becker. She was such a professional, kind and knowledgeable GP! I found her to be really engaging with my 5 year old, and explained the course of treatment really thoroughly with both of us. You get the sense this is a GP who is passionate about her work and enjoys it.
