The worst customer service ever.. may be that’s the instructions they get from their superiors to be rude and arrogant or may it is who they are ..
doctors are amazing and very professional
But the frontier of this medical Center are horrible
Drive two or three minutes extra and avoid dealing with these weird disgusting people.

I have injured through fall in my head I was Discharged from Hospital, the following days I experience Warnings symptoms and need immediately to see a Doctor, i ring the reception to arrange emergency appointment to see a doctor she refused to help me, she give me 3 days ahead appointment to see my doctor, or advise me to ring and find another clinic to help me, after all day sickness i admitted to hospital by ambulance overnight, I am very disappointed making me feel can’t trust this practice anymore, after all this time it was my clinic, and never coming back to them again.

This centre is an embarrassment u get turned away all the time because there are never any doctor's and when there are doctor's your limited to 10 minutes w with the doctor before being hurried out. They don't care about patients
