Dr Justin Low and his team before and during the operation were great. I had a cut done in January 2024 and it was painless and quick. It's nuttin to worry about. I've been trying to think of something funny to say in this review but I'm just drawing blanks now. My only criticism is that I got this operation so I wouldn't have kids anymore, but when I got home they were still there.

I feel compelled to share my horrific experience at Kingsgrove Day Hospital, an establishment that has shattered any notion I had of receiving competent medical care and professional treatment. My encounter at this hospital was marked by unprofessionalism, negligence, and a complete disregard for patient well-being.

Right from the moment I entered Kingsgrove Day Hospital, the lack of professionalism was evident. The staff's indifference to patient concerns and their inability to communicate effectively set the tone for the entire ordeal. Instead of providing the reassurance and information that patients need, the staff's dismissive attitude created an atmosphere of anxiety and uncertainty.

As if the unprofessional demeanor wasn't bad enough, the surgical room itself was a sight to behold – and not in a good way. The room had an unsettling, dodgy appearance that immediately raised concerns about the hospital's hygiene and maintenance standards. Outdated and poorly maintained equipment littered the room, making it clear that patient safety and comfort were not priorities here. It's shocking that an establishment claiming to provide medical services would subject their patients to such a questionable environment.

However, the hospital's transgressions went beyond mere appearances. I was initially quoted a certain amount for the surgery, only to be slapped with an additional charge of $500, supposedly due to the procedure taking longer than expected and was told all this while waking up from anesthesia. This kind of arbitrary overcharging without proper communication is not only unjustifiable but also indicative of a hospital more interested in financial gain than ethical patient care. This dishonesty left me feeling like a victim of a money-driven scheme rather than a patient seeking medical attention.

To top it all off, the hospital's negligence reached a new low when they failed to prescribe antibiotics after the procedure. This grave oversight led to a severe infection, causing me immense pain and suffering that could have been easily avoided with proper post-operative care. The fact that a medical facility could be so negligent in their duty to provide basic, preventive care is truly appalling.

In conclusion, Kingsgrove Day Hospital is an embodiment of everything that's wrong with the healthcare system. Their unprofessional staff, grim surgical room, dishonest overcharging, and negligent post-operative care have not only scarred me physically but also emotionally. I strongly urge anyone in need of medical treatment to steer clear of this establishment and seek out a facility that values patient well-being over profit. Your health and safety deserve far better than what Kingsgrove Day Hospital has to offer.
