Very nice staff, doctor Singh is very helpful
And the nurse Venus was very professional, welcoming and easy to be around
And she did blood test on me and was very delicate and gentle I couldn’t even feel the needle

The receptionist is really rude and need to get some training before talking to the patients. She is bluddy useless with 0 knowledge.
Poor service and patient care.
I had some blood test done and charge me 50cent to get the copy in paper as she refused to sent by email.
Arrogant lady with arrogant face and always seems unsatisfied with her job as a receptionist.
They gave me wrong medical certificate with wrong date and when I asked them to fixed it. They refused and demanded for another $50 to fix it. Also mentioned that it was my fault that I did not checked the date on same day.
Waste of time and not professional at all. She called me and was very rude and hang up on me.

I have visited Kings Medical multiple times and always had a bad experience at the reception. The (Indian) receptionist is unprofessional, rude & have no patience to listen to the request by the patient. Over phone she kept making things difficult for me with paperwork although it was an error at their end. She kept babbling rather than showing interest to rectify their error. Worst experience!!!! Either set her manners in place or get someone who is right for this job.

The staff at the reception is so rude and not accomodating at all, I did confess on mixing Up my appointment date but they were so RUDE to help me with anything!Dr. Siraporn is such a great doctor but really disappointed by the staff’s behaviour at the front desk. Not going back now!
