Always friendly service at the front desk and the doctors are professional, compassionate and approachable. We use the practice for all members of the family. We can usually get an appointment the same day, if required.

I have been a patient with KLFP pretty well since they opened. Each doctor I have encountered has been nothing but professional and respectful. The doctors and other allied health practitioners there are very friendly, supportive, and highly intelligent. The receptionists are also very kind and helpful. Wait times on the phone are very minimal, with the receptionist ALWAYS acknowledging the incoming call prior to asking you to hold the line if there is a wait. I have never waited more than 3 minutes on the phone for a receptionist to book me in, or more than 10 minutes in the clinic. I highly recommend this medical clinic. Cannot fault them on anything.

2nd Review. Went with my medicare in my next and last visit. While seeing GP she said she saw my 1st review and told me to leave the room after seeing me briefly… if you have a gut to talk about something then at least you can say that we apologise for our hidden/extra charges for private care that you pay out of your pocket.

The doctor here spend as less time as possible. and use google search on most of ur issues. lol

I find the staff at KLFP very friendly and caring. Their Doctors are experienced and knowledgeable, particularly their Lady Dr. M. She is very methodical in her work and guides me about the various pharmaceutical benefits and her treatment plans are tailor made for me.
I appreciate the time and care that she gives me.

My husband, kids and I are regulars at this practice. We see Dr Mahishi Nanayakkara who is absolutely wonderful - very thorough and also so lovely to my children. We have seen the other doctors there too and all of them are excellent. I don’t know what we would do without this medical centre! The receptionists are lovely too and nothing is ever a problem.
