We had absolutely amazing service from Nicole. Nicole greeted us upon arrival in the store. Nicole was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Nicole allowed us time to consider and discuss the best options for our needs but was always close by ready to assist us with our enquires. Nicole also went above and beyond showing us additional features and options of the modular sofas we were looking at. Nicole also showed us alternative options for fabrics that we had not considered and gave us a very detailed quote and swatches to take home. We were due to see other stores but as soon as we left the store we went straight back in and proceeded with the purchase. This was not only due to the beautiful furniture but also due to the exemplary service provided by Nicole. Highly recommend Nicole and this store.

First time that we’ve looked for King Living furniture despite knowing of their existence for a long time. We dealt with Wanxuan at Moore Park, and if you’re after exceptional customer service, ask for her! She is very knowledgeable about the product, and interested in helping you find the right furniture for your needs. There was a hiccup with the order (no fault of hers, some internal issue) but she went over and above to make sure the end result for us was exactly what we were after.
I hope to be able to share favourable reviews on the furniture once it is delivered.

The service was absolutely brilliant, we had received a very warm welcome once we arrived in the showroom. The showroom manager Nicole had provided detailed product comparisons and design layouts in the space planner. This had made it extremely simple for us to come to the conclusion of our purchase. The whole experience was truly enjoyable, with extensive tailoring and advice provided. I strongly recommend this lovely experience.

I previously purchased a King bed and had a great experience—the furniture quality was excellent, and even with the waiting time, I felt it was worth it. However, this recent purchase has been deeply disappointing due to issues with missing parts and poor customer service.
1️⃣ Missing Screws for the Coffee Table
After receiving my coffee table, I found that some of the screws required for assembly were missing.
2️⃣ Unhelpful Customer Service & Delayed Resolution
I called customer service to ask if the missing parts could be delivered today, but I was told:
* Customer service has no direct contact with the warehouse.
* I need to wait 24 hours for a response.
* The earliest the missing parts can be delivered is Monday.
If your customer service team cannot even contact the warehouse directly, what is their role? I have already explained that due to your mistake, my entire living room is occupied by an unassembled coffee table that I cannot use. Now, I have to wait the entire weekend because of an issue on your end?
3️⃣ Lack of Accountability for Damaged & Missing Items
During our conversation, I also reported that the delivery box was damaged and that the missing parts were from this damaged box. However, your customer service response was:
* "Our delivery report shows everything was normal."
* "We only rely on the driver’s report to assess the situation."
Is this the standard approach to customer service? Ignoring a customer's direct report of a damaged and incomplete delivery simply because your driver’s report states otherwise is completely unacceptable.

[Update] The Situation Got Even Worse

After the 24-hour response time that customer service assured me was necessary, I finally received a follow-up call—only to have them reconfirm the exact same missing parts I had already described from the beginning. So, after an entire day of waiting, absolutely no progress had been made.

And today, I finally received the replacement parts. Just take a look at what arrived.

I had already provided clear details on the exact parts required. The order information for my Issho Coffee Table was fully available to them. And yet, somehow, this is what they sent.

The replacement parts are longer than the actual height of the coffee table itself. Was there any moment in this process where someone stopped to check if the parts made sense? Was any effort made to ensure they matched the product? It truly makes one wonder what the decision-making process looks like over there.

Two star review.

The team at Moore park were super helpful in store to provide me with samples and examples of the sofa I wanted to get. I ended up purchasing my sofa bed online.
Despite the items being shipped out immediately there was an issue with delivery.
1. The items were delivered on two seperate occasions. Instead of all the items together which was strange as both items were shipped both on the same day.
2. Once the items arrived I opened up and found 2/3 items damaged with cigarette burns.
As I told them I would like a replacement or refund they said I could keep the sofa for a $200 voucher which I declined and said no, I want a full replacement.
3. I have now been waiting for my items to be picked up in order to get a replacement. It’s been about 5 days since I’ve complained. This has now delayed me even further as I can’t receive my replacement.

Terrible after care service, delayed communication and no results.

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with King Living. We spent thousands on what was promised to be a high-quality, durable sofa. We were assured that the fabric we selected would be long-lasting and resistant to wear. However, after just 6 weeks of limited use, the fabric is already pilling, an unacceptable issue for a product at this price point.

When we reached out to customer service, we were advised to go into the store to choose a new fabric. Upon doing so, the sales representative told us that the fabric we had originally chosen was actually one of their “softest” options, not the most durable, which directly contradicts what we were told when we purchased it. We were misled during the buying process, and now we’re left with a sofa that looks far worse than expected.

It’s now been two months since we first contacted them, and we’ve sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls. Our sofa is in poor condition, and we were promised a re-upholstery service, but all we’ve received are empty assurances. We’re constantly told that they need “24-48 hours to approve our request,” yet there’s been no follow-through, and our efforts to resolve this issue have been ignored.

It’s clear that once King Living has secured the sale, they have no interest in offering any meaningful after-sales support. Their customer service is nonexistent after they’ve taken your money, and they seem to have no intention of following through on their promises.

For the price we paid, the lack of quality and customer care is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering King Living to look elsewhere, even if it means paying more. It’s simply not worth the hassle and anxiety of dealing with unresolved issues after the sale.
