The reception staff are terrible, they seem unable to understand English, they seem incompetent and after asking for MY medical records which are not the property of the Medical Centre or my GP get told it will cost me $50 for a 10 minute job to send an email and attach MY medical file!!!! Three appointments made with my GP only to have all 3 cancelled but offered an alternate appointment in a weeks time!!! I get it doctors get crook too but seriously he suffers more ill health than his patients. Not a good experience in the 18 months I endured putting up with this place, in fact if I could give a minus score I would!

Its been 3 months I am coming to this medical centre. The reception staff, the doctors everybody is really really nice. You get an appointment easily, come in the centre and you are welcomed with smiling faces. You don’t have to wait for a long time to see your doctor. I always get my appointment with Doctor Mariet Dryas and she has always been lovely to talk to. She makes you feel so comfortable discussing your concerns and has always given me the best advice. I once got an appointment with Dr Surya Banu, she was amazing too. Everybody here is lovely. 💯 recommended.

I just had to wait a whole day to get test results which were negative and I already new from a letter from NSW Health. So I spent a whole day stressing out of my brain waiting. What is the Duty of care of Kincaid medical when they make a person with mental health issues waite for a call which could potentially be life changing and not know that that person suffers from depression and anxiety. I am really disappointed and angry wth this aspect of their service and hope no one else has to go through this. To put more onto the time spent anxious, an appointment booked for 3.30 was eventually called at 4.30, adding to the wait time. Shame on the process of giving patients thier results in a respectful and timely manner.

Opens at 9 so I booked for 9.30 so I didn’t have a wait, still made me wait 25+ minutes for appointment.
Never on time.
Doctors are great tho.

Be prepared to constantly told the wrong information by this medical centre. I’ve been called in for test results, when there were no test results, I have referral failed to be sent through to specialists and I have been told wrong information about pathology (told by Dr to drop off pathology results in a esky at reception, arrived and reception had no idea and sent me somewhere else).

The reception staff was very rude to us at 3:25 pm on 20/02/2023. Just asking about the consultation fee as it was almost double in 4 months interval with the same doctor and she treated very badly. Raised voice in front of all other patients. We felt very low going for consultation there which was not very fair. Hopefully this message goes to management team as well.

I recently had my fast braces done with kincaid medical and dental, If I could rate them higher I would the work was fantastic, nothing was to hard and they were finished so fast! I love my braces! The staff are amazing with booking and just how friendly they all are! Highly highly recommend this establishment if your looking for a fantastic dentist!

I just had an appointment with one of the doctor, she seemed like was in rush, did not listen to me, she did mistakes in my vaccination record twice, was very rude. She did mistakes and she said she could not do more than three times, that was very unprofessional which i donot like.
