I have been coming to see Julia multiple times now for remedial massage for shoulder pain. She is very good and knowledgeable in targeting the tight spots and muscle groups to make me feel a lot better. She can also be quite firm and that’s what I needed. Thanks Kim’s Clinic.

Reconsidering my loyalty to this clinic as I am a regular customer of remedial massage. Was not informed of a 20% price increase only after my private insurance claim was processed on the spot. Feels quite misleading and unfair without prior knowledge. This should have been mentioned to all customers in the new year.

Just had a look at the website and the old price is still there so the 20% increase now feels quite misleading. Be aware that the price isn’t right. Would expect a refund of the price difference at the very least given the significant listed price as per Australian Consumer Law.

I booked a facial at Kim's clinic. The place is run very efficiently and the facial was administered by Mi Jung. It was a great experience with her and the after care advice was really helpful. Overall the staff and reception in particular are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. They offer so many other services as well. Don't be scared of the bodyguard there he's harmless 🙂
