We had a great speechie for a couple of years, cannot fault her.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience trying to get an OT to come to the school with very little communication from management or the OT himself. We will no longer be engaging with KTC and will be looking for therapists elsewhere.

Sierra (OT) is 5-star all round. She is knowledgeable, professional yet still casual and relaxed, vibrant, passionate about what she does and the kids love her. She owns her position and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better for our son.

My special needs sister has been attending KTC for the last 18 months and loves it! Her progress has really improved and staff are great. Beautiful bright centre with lots of amenities! Highly recommend for families needing therapy!

We have been going to this service for a number of years. The administration and management of this service has led to us leaving. This week we missed an appointment because an immediate family member passed away. The response from admin and the operations manager when we told them why the appointment was missed is that we would be charged for late cancellation and that was their policy. Frankly a disgusting response at an already very difficult time. It seems this service cares more about money and policies than it does about people.

We have just left KTC (OT/Speech & Psych) after over 2 years of service at both Parkwood and Yarrabilba respectively. It’s a shame as some of therapists are actually very good however the management/communication/administration is appalling and completely unprofessional. I’ll elaborate when I have more time.

Excellent provider! I have two children (with almost completely opposite needs) that attend KTC and they have been extremely engaged in each and every session we have had with them. The team find what works for the child and adapt their program to suit. We have also had extra help with additional things we can implement at home which we hadn't thought of! We love KTC!

As a retired psychologist I am greatly impressed with the progress my special needs granddaughter has made since attending KTC. This is a wonderful organization and both management and staff are excellent to interact with and the resources are first class. Keep up the good work KTC.
