Kids Clinic is an absolute stand out! From the moment you enter, the receptionists are warm, inviting and nothing is a problem. Dr Sam Nassar is everything a doctor should be. Excellent bedside manner. Kind, warm, compassionate and listens attentively. My child was quite nervous going for the first time, but within minutes felt relaxed and comfortable. Her health and wellbeing has improved significantly and has since regained her confidence. This practice is the finest example of how a business should work. Keep up the high standards. The team at the Kids Clinic was absolutely amazing. The ladies at reception were incredibly kind and made the process very easy, as well as the amazing Doctor Sam who helped me, and gave me the best treatment. Could not recommend this clinic more!

My experience with Dr. Nassar was extremely disappointing. He barely interacted with my son and conducted only minimal testing. He seemed quick to jump to conclusions and offered a diagnosis without thorough assessment.

Since then, I’ve consulted other doctors and the difference has been clear. Other professionals take the time to listen, ask detailed questions about the child and their medical history, take notes, physically assess the child, and spend at least 15 minutes engaging with them. They also request comprehensive reports from the school and provide detailed action plans.

In contrast, Dr. Nassar simply prescribed medication, which turned out to be ineffective, without taking the time to understand the situation properly.

Doctors should care about their patients, not rush them through a 10-minute appointment while speed-reading their file onscreen. The lack of care was concerning.

On a positive note, the reception staff were lovely and did their best to assist.

Edit: to respond to the below feedback from the clinic.
-Firstly, this is absolutely the correct clinic, and Dr Nassar is the doctor who saw my child.
-I would question the authenticity of the reviews on this page.
-The response to this review has been the most communication I have ever received from this clinic.
-The badly photocopied Vanderbilt assessment that the doctor handed to me was what he asked me to give the teacher. That was the extent of him understanding my child. He asked my child a few uncomfortable questions and then recommended drugs.
-When I told him the bad side effects of the drugs, he looked at my son and told him that HE needed to try harder. My son cried in the car on the way home.

Fantastic Doctor. He was very patient while I described what was happening with my child and gave some amazing advice. He is very experienced. Had taken my child to so many peadetricians who didn't help, he was honestly so great. Highly recommended. Also the ladies in reception are just fantastic and stay on top of everything!
