Overall not too bad, obviously pricing across all stored does not change, however the cleanliness of the store (visible to the public) is quite poor, whether it's messy tables and floor in the waiting/dining area, cluttered workspaces in the packing area or dropped food by the servers feet.
Have been a handful of times due to it being on my standard travel route but be prepared to wait if you are travelling through school holidays or even a regular weekend (weekdays are better)
With a store that they know how busy they get just to have 1 additional worker on during peak times to assist in keeping the place clean would change this place completely.

Thanks for serving us a properly assembled burger! That tiny bit of
extra effort makes such a big difference to the enjoyment. So many other kfc stores serve burgers that look like they were thrown together from the other side of the room by a stoned 16 year-old.

Patronage were extremely vibe and the walk from the petrol station was scenic. The texture of the potato in the potato and gravy was just so out of there lovely outdoor seating area with a view to boot anything to add Vindles staff were very friendly and gave good discounts. The place had it. The place had an extremely gay vibe which was dope shame about the anti-pigeon architecture. I liked it did a lot. Thank you for having me. Patronage oh shit. Money.

I don't often leave a review but I think people need to know how bad and unprofessional this place is. I know they here this a lot but I was a KFC manager not that long ago and what I saw today was horrible restaurant was dirty manger sitting in the office doing nothing and a team member at the front of the store on her phone and didn't acknowledge me when I was ready to order I could go on and on but I am that disappointed I not even going to bother because I know as a ex KFC manager nothing will change.

Walked in and up to counter. Only one staff member at front counter. Stood and waited for more than five mins. Staff member did not turn around once to serve the customers waiting. Left and went to McDonald's along with other customers. Over all appalling way to treat customers as we don't all want to use self service facilities. Need at least two people on front counter at busy periods. Not good enough!

The food quality and taste was very average compared to other kfc’s that i have eaten at, the state of the restaurant was appalling, dirty, bins overfull, I have not eaten here for a while, but it was just as disappointing as last time, maybe management should look at having enough staff on shift to be able to maintain some degree of cleanliness, I’m sure as a dine in facility that there must be something in the health department guidelines around cleaning for public safety,
On a brighter note, the staff that served me my food were very friendly and polite:)

The food was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be working. The only issue I have with KFC Restaurants is that they are never clean. However, Yass was above average, the standard they always are. Will happy to go back.
