Bryan visited our home to complete an environmental survey/assessment including a detailed mould risk investigation and assessment. During the inspection he was extremely thorough, as well as thoughtful, insightful, and informative. Encouraging us to ask questions and always giving a thoughtful detailed answer/explanation. With is measuring equipment, knowledge and care we learnt a lot about our home and what we can improve and where potential weakness points are or areas to watch. A thoroughly worthwhile investment (cost and time wise) in our home asset. If we buy another property we will certainly be considering asking Bryan for an assessment at the same time as the building and pest. Thank you Bryan for being so thorough and helpful.

I recently got Bryan from Keystone to come out to our house to assess for mould. He was very helpful spending lots of time answering all of our questions,. His assessment seemed very thorough, and he is very knowledgeable in his area. He also did not try to upsell us, but instead recommended for our case against air testing. I highly recommend him. And I think everyone should have a mould assessment of their house for peace of mind!

Bryan is knowledgeable and has been supportive during the duration of my claim for a water event that lead onto serious "mould" issues in my house. One could say that he "saved my life".
If it was not for the provision of his professional and detailed report, I would not have been told to "evacuate" the property by the insurer and possibly would still be battling with "brain fog" and ill health. Thank you again Bryan.
