I had a call from Simon who I believe is their "national services manager" on their "services division team", we did some work together in December 2022, a very quick and simple job.

Well lets just say almost 12 months on I cannot get a single phone call from this guy, from this company, not even an email reply.

I have sent an email to EIGHT different people at this company from the top to the bottom and not a single reply.... I called Simon again today and guess what? Voicemail.... great.

They have even hung up on us when we call them, not sure about the other good staff at Key Services, but my experience with Simon from Key Services has been an absolute nightmare, stay away, stay very far away...
