Fuss-free appointment making that doesn’t take your credit card details at this stage, unlike some clinics here in Sydney. We saw Dr Aaron Wong , our second doctor’s visit (after we didn’t find the first visit at Medical Centre at Darling very helpful.) Dr Wong was extremely patient, gentle, detailed, and quick with his assessment that my child needed antibiotics after 6-7 days of fever and deterioration of cough. He suggested further tests to be done in the clinic as well.
Staff are all friendly and professional, including the one at the reception as well as the one doing the swab tests .

The doctors are very good, but the long waiting times are frustrating. I have been to this centre three times, and every single time I have had to wait 30 min longer then my appointment time. 10-15 min, sure, that’s understandable and I can accept that, but this is just way to long. For people who are working in the city and visit on there lunch break, be warned. It might take A LOT longer than expected.

I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Natalie’s practice today. My visit was intended to be a straightforward consultation to receive a second dose of immunisation (not related to COVID). However, I was charged for multiple items, including a GP standard consultation, a COVID suitability assessment, and the immunisation itself.

When I questioned the charges, particularly the COVID suitability assessment, I was told by the front desk that the doctor “must’ve talked to me about COVID.” In reality, the only mention of COVID was when the doctor briefly asked if I was vaccinated, to which I answered “yes.” That was the entire extent of the conversation.

It feels incredibly frustrating to be charged for a service that wasn’t asked for. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, I was essentially dismissed and told that my health insurance would cover it, as though that justified the charge.

This experience felt misleading and unfair. Patients shouldn’t be charged for services they didn’t explicitly request or receive, and the lack of accountability from the practice only added to my frustration.

I am not from Sydney and returned recently from overseas trip unwell. I booked my visit through Hot Doc and had no problems getting an appointment. Appointment was at 11.20am and I was seen by the doctor on time and out within 10 mins. The doctor was lovely and easy to understand.

Terrific Staff and Doctors ... friendly and accommodating. We were in Sydney from the USA with a prescription from the USA that needed to be reissued by an Australian Doctor so that we could obtain medications in Australia. We were able to be seen by a Doctor on very very short notice (about 10 minutes) after walking in on a Monday afternoon. Thank-you so much for your assistance !
