I recently visited this doctor seeking help for my “feeling” of depression, especially after a particularly difficult morning where I couldn’t stop crying. I was hoping for real support and some compassion, but instead, I ended up paying double the usual consultation fee just to hear the most basic advice: you can take medication and should see a specialist. While he mentioned he understood that I might struggle to afford a psychologist, he had no issue charging an excessive amount for a 15 minute conversation. I left feeling more frustrated than helped. I never had that issue in another medical center. Even a long consultation is 130, I ended up paying 170!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this one.

Five stars for Dr Carpio, who very patiently listened to my previous treatment history and symptoms, and then gave a detailed explanation as to what our options were going forward and what I could try to do at home by myself. All in the space of a 15-minute appointment! Super impressed with the service.
