Love the two doctors I see here, they are both fantastic and I’d recommend them to anyone. However, I cannot say the same about the front reception staff. Unfortunately, every time I have phoned or interacted with them face to face over the last 6 years I have found them to be very dismissive, cold and lacking in care and compassion. I’ve also had referrals not be sent through to Dermatology SA twice - very embarrassing to arrive there for my appointment only to find my referral hasn’t been received, when I saw my doctor hand it to a receptionist to be sent through a week earlier. I’ve witnessed similar rudeness to other patients when I’m in the waiting room too. It certainly puts me off wanting to call, so I usually use the online booking but this isn’t always reliable (no option to select for immunization, which requires a nurse to be available).

I travel out of my way to see my doctor at this clinic. Dr Price is engaging, professional and friendly.
The center provides plenty of off street parking, and the waiting room is airy and comfortable.
The child's play room is well utilised.
The center DOES bulk bill, although not on weekends.

Dr Markopoulas is amazing!!!! She was my doctor previously at another centre. So glad I found her again. She is friendly, professional very thorough. Doesn't prescribe unnecessary medications and listens to concerns. Believes in patients instincts and will trust and investigate accordingly. Also bulk bills according to needs. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

My doctor is generally always late but I was encouraged by the staff to call up and figure how long he's running late so I don't waste my time. Staff are very polite as well as my doctor. Really good selection of GPs specialising in many areas. Seating is plentiful and pleasant enough. There's also a children's play area.

First visit. Got a little lost plus high traffic and 13 minutes late. Got told Doctor could not see me as she could not wait. Lol! Ok when Patients need to wait for them but not the other way round. Not acceptable nor fair play. Especially when I needed to finish work earlier just to get an appointment. Will not go there again.

Upon arrival the staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. If the doctor is running late you can call and find out how late! The doctors I see, Drs Healy and Nield, ask how are you today not what do you want? This allows patients, such as myself, to discuss their problems! Both physical and mental. They then try to seek remedies, not always drugs, to the problems. So in all, reception staff excellent (some a bit better than others but overall the best I have dealt with as an adult) and the doctors? The 2 I have seen more than once are both empathetic and sympathetic. Not cold unemotional people. This may be because they too suffer afflictions !

I had a visit with doctor Marie Ma, the appointment time was 3:30 pm, but no body called after 45 mins. I will never book any appointment with this doctor, I don't want to waste my time.

I had a visit with a doctor at this centre and am totally unhappy with their service. In addition to this, the centre is not bulk billed and the medicare rebate is very small.
