On my inaugural visit to the medical practice, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Although I expressed my time constraints, I was informed that an exact adherence to my appointment time couldn't be guaranteed. Fortunately, luck was on my side, and I had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Joe promptly as per my scheduled time. Dr. Joe demonstrated exceptional conversational skills, actively listening and offering tailored advice.

EDIT:
No one bothered to contact me from the practise after they received my pathology results. After 3 weeks I called the practise and they just brushed me off with saying “If we don’t call you it means there is nothing wrong with the results” Come on that not good enough at least send a text, email or something so the patient knows and does not need to worry. Pretty disappointing hence why the updated review and downgrade to only 2 STARS.
