Very disappointed! Went to get my monthly medication which is a scheduled drug only to find that he stated that it was two days early and he could not dispense it. As this was an E script that’s incredibly strange. Firstly he did dispense one box only and then attempted to cover the mistake by saying that he could not dispense the rest. There was also the excuse that I did not get my previous months supply from him.
I did like this pharmacy but I believe they made an error and there was no apology. I have seen this with other customers.
Eddie is absolutely phenomenal!!!!!! I think he’s great however I will not be going back there.

I have been going to Ken Lai Chemist since I moved here in 1980. Only a short wait for prescriptions. Ken employs plent of staff. Good discounts for regulars. They do give you advice and refuse to let you have medications that clash with each other. This is the cost of being a regular I suppose - staff knows everything about you.

Been going for past 15+ years. Always helpful and the only "traditional" chemist in the area. They have helped me out numerous
