Dr Mendis is a professional & caring doctor. He listens to you and is well informed.
I feel very lucky that he was willing to accept me as a new patient in my time of need when I found out my previous Dr had left the practice.
Fully recommend Dr Mendis & appreciate his time I am very thankful that he is my regular GP. 10/10
Also like to mention that all the reception staff are wonderful, friendly and always greet you with a smile. 10/10

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. I asked at the time of booking did they bulk bill and was told yes. I returned 3 weeks later for my and my hubby's appointment. While waiting, I noticed another patient was being charged. I went to the counter and asked the girl that booked me in, you do bulk bill here don't you and she said yes, if you are a pensioner or hold a health care card or are booking in for a child.
I was curious, why didn't she tell me that when I asked 3 weeks prior.
It was a total waste of our time and I am very disappointed in the manner in which they comminuted there standards of practice.
I will never return to that establishment again.

I don’t understand having to pay $85 to come in and see a doctor, for him to write a repeat for an anti-depressant that I’ve been taking for 10 plus years. Surely a phone consult would suffice and a reasonable fee; I’d be happy to pay

I had been suffering from something and my usual Doctor never picked it up, so I tried the Kempsey Medical Center. I did have to wait a bit but I saw Dr L and he was so helpful and very friendly. He gave me a very thorough check up and didn't rush me at all. I also had some blood checks. He found the cause of my problem and I am well again. I had suffered for three years with my old doctor. I highly recommend this medical center and have made the doctor my regular doctor.

One of the worst experiences I've had in my life. Including another practice. I will not ever be coming here again due to the reception staff being astonishingly rude and verbally abusive to me. The manager was also very rude and was mortified in their behaviour with lack of understanding and taking facts into consideration.

I waited a fair while my doctor was old he weighed me gave me a blood test form and sent me home and not once did someone tell me it would cost me so much money at the end i was billed 71 dollars! Lucky i had the money there because no one told me and it made me furious not once did anyone tell me where to sit or which Doctor i was seeing may i recommend the doctor was so old he should be retired it made me furious i wont be going back
