We took our son here on Saturday night with breathing issues. We were blown away by the kindness of everyone from the moment we walked through the door til the moment we left. Every single staff member was kind, understanding and informative. Everybody treated our 2yr old with patience, empathy and gentleness.
We have to give a special shout out to Phoebe. Thank-you for taking the time to explain everything to us without even having to be asked. Thank-you for your transparency, your wise tips and tricks, your extremely caring nature and your incomprehensible wealth of knowledge. Thank-you for tucking me in when I got up on the bed with our boy. Thank-you for never making us feel silly for bringing him in and a massive, massive thank-you for making us feel valued, no matter how busy you were. You are incredible at your craft and it was wonderful to witness. Our deepest thanks.

Attended ED tonight with dislocated finger and lacerations to two fingers. Got triaged straight away and received exceptional service at all levels. Everybody was kind and of professional nature. Thank everyone very much. Would especially like to thank Dr Frosell for her kindness.
