I had a delay of 2 hours and 15 minutes for my tele-health appointment. I called twice during this time but the doctor called at 4.15pm when my appointment was at 2pm. I was told by the receptionist that delays are normal for this doctor.
There is something radically wrong with patient administration and no way someone can wait and have the appointment after 2hr 15 minutes delay.
This clinic doesn't seem to be bothered about patient wellbeing.

Local Medical Center located in the Kellyville Village Shopping center on Wrights Road. Has multiple Doctors and other medical services and a small pathology room. You book appointments with health engine app and a chemist located at the opposite end of the shopping center. Ope 7 days.

Great medical centre with many caring doctors. I bring my kids here often and have always had a good experience. Dr Sehgol is excellent and highly sought after. She often gets booked out for a few weeks at a time but it is worth the wait. I also appreciate the phone reminders regarding vaccinations. I highly recommend this medical centre.

As my local medical centre, I greatly appreciate the level of care & diligence that I’ve experienced across the practice, extending from the doctors themselves, to the nurses, pathologists and receptionists. I’ve felt in safe hands each visit, and my appointments have been arranged with patience & timeliness no matter the frequency of my calls. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Eventhough I book always in advance. I have to wait always for over an hour. Then get attitude for raising my concerns. Bad service. Avoid if you can

Had a promising start but follow up appointment was suddenly moved to a much earlier time at absolutely the last minute because the doctor was ‘unable to stay that late’ and appointment had to be cancelled because I am unable to accommodate by travelling from work quickly enough to meet the last minute change to timing. Extremely frustrating because I had to make many prior arrangements to make the appointment and was on the way when I received the last minute call to cancel the appointment.

Unsure why this couldn’t have been communicated to me earlier (I made this appointment last week) and why was this slot even offered if the doctor is unable to ‘stay that late’.

Improvements need to be made with communicating any changes to availability ahead of time and not at the very last minute.

My sons and I regularly see doctors there and we appreciate the level of care and kindness of each GP we see. They are great with kids and accommodate me whenever possible. Highly recommend
