I go to this practice because I believe Dr Champa is very good. But today I waited 50 minutes just because they missed to call my name and after 40 mins when I went to speak to the receptionist she was very rude saying you are on line she will call you with sour face, she was not pleasant at all. May be something to improve customer service experience;)

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Champa resulting in an avoidable emergency surgery. Terrible experience and it has affected me immensely. I provided feedback to the other GP at the practice, and heard nothing back from Dr. Champa. Very disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised to received a call from Doctor Champa to hear how her receptionist behaved towards me (see below narrative). Dra. was open to improving her staffs customer service skills and I know this is achievable with the help of leaders like Doctor Champa.

Very happy to have met Dr. Champa. I have had suspected achilles tendonitis for months and she is the only doctor that wore gloves to check which part of my heel hurts. The other 2 GPs I met only asked me questions. I am confident that i will finally be recovering after meeting her. And!!! BUPA completely covers the cost of consultation when I was there. I am thrilled

Dr. Champa has been our family doctor for the past four years. She is excellent and took care of all of our medical needs. No matter where we move in the future, we won't change. At times busier, but I believe Dr. Champa gives each patient a thorough examination. Her service was consistently satisfactory after our all appointments. Never had regretted even it got busier there. Kellyville Medical Center is highly recommended.
